OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and A&P Trading Corp. with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
